Returns + Refunds;

Thank you so much for your support. We are sorry to hear you aren't in love with your Studio Luu purchase!  We know what it's like to not be totally in love with something you buy so we are happy to offer you an online store credit for exchange once your item(s) have been returned to us, simply send us an email with your order # and we'll set it up!
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering all costs of returning their items back to us in order to receive a credit. The pieces you are returning must also be in new condition, therefore unused. All items must also be sent to us within 14 days of the item being received by the customer. 
Please understand that upon receiving a return, we do not resend a customer's preferred exchange item, we rather ask all customers wishing to exchange their item(s) to purchase them with the online voucher that we issue, which functions just like a discount code. If the item you wish to exchange is low stock, we suggest ordering it now, and we will be happy to refund you for the additional item once we have received your exchange.
